Any person / firm desiring to become an Authorised Stockist (Agent) should fill up the enclosed application form and forward it to our address above for perusal and consideration.

On receipt of the application our Marketing Staff will meet the applicant in person regarding
the same.

All selected / rejected applicants will be intimated in due course.

On selection, the person / firm shall make the payment 100% in advance through on line
payment (NEFT / RTGS) in AVN's bank account.

A Certificate of Appointment as Authorised Stockist would be issued by the Company on
completion of the above.

The Appointed person / firm shall run the business in the name and style as follows AVN
Agency _____________________(locality / town of business)

The appointee shall display the name board at their premises as per the design supplied by the Company. The Company will re-imburse a sum of Rs. 600/- towards the cost of the board
after inspection by the field staff.

The appointee shall be eligible for a 25% final discount on MRP after GST, in other words
Rs.100.00 MRP product will be supplied for Rs.75.00 as final invoice value

The Authorised stockists are eligible for a cash discount of 2% on NRV (Value before sales tax) for making advance payments.

Purchase should be for a minimum of Rs. 30,000/- as a single order every time

Goods once sold will not be taken back on any account.

Stocks will be despatched after the payment reflected in our bank account, normally bankers
will take 24 to 48 hours to credit the online transfers to the benefice account

AUTHORISED STOCKIST are not allowed to transfer / shift the premises / place without the
prior written sanction from the Company.

The Authorised stockist will also be eligible for quantity discounts on the products announced
by the company from time to time.
